You are invited to attend one of British Columbia’s top DanceSport competitions and the UBC Dance Club’s finest event of the year: the 47th Annual UBC Gala Ball! Our competition features everything from Club Closed Newcomer events, Salsa, and to the awe inspiring BC Open Latin and Standard Amateur Championships and a Showcase of Champions!

No matter what your age and dancing level, this event is for you. The UBC Gala Ball is a worldclass event at affordable prices for our many Dance Club members and students, as well as for the general public. We hope to see you all on Friday March 13th and Saturday March 14th, 2009 for two days of great dancing, fantastic shows, and fun friendly competitions amongst all our friends in the wonderful world of ballroom dancing!
