Event Tickets

All tickets would be sold on a first come first serve basis. Tickets will be sold through the UBC Dance Club commencing Saturday, February 2nd, 2008 in Room 241J, UBC Student Union Building. Please note that no ticket reservations will permitted if you reside within the BC Lower Mainland.

If you reside outside of the BC Lower Mainland and would like to purchase tickets, you may contact Crystal Li by phone at 778.858.6300 or by e-mail at to place a ticket reservation. The maximum number of tickets you can reserve is four tickets. When you make your reservation, please be prepared to provide the following:

1) your contact information,
2) the number of tickets you would like to reserve,
3) the ticket category (Please see below. For example, Weekend Pass Member), and
4) the seating table/number (Pease see below under “Floor Plan.” For table seats, please note down the table number only.

For a riser seat, please note down the section, row number, and seat number).

Your reservation will be confirmed once we have received your payment in full and we will send you a confirmation to let you know. We accept cheques as the only form of payment. Payment must be received within the following ten days after you have placed your reservation. If no payment has been received by the end of the ten day deadline, your reservation would be automatically cancelled.

Upon presentation of their membership card, UBC Dance Club members may purchase tickets at a discounted price where applicable (see below). Please note that there is a limit of one membership discount per membership card.

Competitors must hold tickets for the days/evenings on which they are competing. Get your tickets early today!

Friday General Admission:	Competitors: $10	Spectators: $15
Saturday General Admission:	Members: $30	Non-Members: $40
Saturday Daytime Admission:	Members: $10	Non-Members: $15
Saturday Night Admission:	Members: $25	Non-Members: $30
Weekend Pass:	Member: $35	Non-member: $50

**Please note that only Saturday Nighttime would be assigned seating. For all other sessions, general seating applies. If you have purchased a Saturday All Day Admission or Weekend Pass, you will be receiving two or three separate tickets, respectively broken down into Friday General, Saturday Daytime, and Saturday Nighttime Admission. Your assigned seating for the Saturday Nighttime would be indicated on the ticket labeled “Saturday Nighttime Admission.”**
